This is the Klingon D7 as it appeared in the remastered version of TOS (TOS-R). In contrast to the physical model of the original version, the newly created CG-model was given two impulse engines at the rear, akin to those seen later on the K't'inga model. You can find the TOS version without those engines in my shop too. In the episode "The Enterprise incident", the Romulans also used the Klingon D7. The old FASA game used this as the base for the story about a short Romulan-Klingon alliance where they exchanged technology. The Klingons got the cloaking device and the Romulans got Klingon ships. FASA names those the V-11 "Stormbird" and the first delivery (Type 1) looked exactly as the Klingon version, except for a painted on bird marking on the underside, similar to that of the Romulan Bird-of-Prey. For TOS-R, one of those ships were replaced with a 3D model of a Romulan Bird-of-Prey. The remaining two ships are also replaced by 3D models of the D7, but now with the aforementioned bird markings and added impulse engines. These engines however looked different from the ones on the Klingon version. Personally, i regard this as just a visual error, because i doubt that the Klingons would reshape the engine arrangement just for the Romulans or that the Romulans rebuild the complete engine setting. If we look closely, the 3D model looks also very coarse and doesn't get some shapes right. So, i assume, the ship does rather look like this model.
