This ship appears in the video game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the Kelvin Timeline. It's one of the many non-playable hostile ships, patrolling the neutral star systems in the game. They are not linked to a single race, but the design is clearly of Tellarite origin. Like most of these ships, they look like they were made from salvaged ship wrecks, as the hulls look battered and have ragged holes, like they have suffered heavy battle damage. To make the ship look more menacing, there are also some added pieces, taken from other ships hulls, looking like spikes, claws or even teeth.
Although the 3D model of this particular design is obviously a kitbash made from the Kehra model from the same game, it seems impossible that this could be made from a salvaged Kehra in-universe. The individual parts are arranged too differently and some parts, like the forward main hull, just can't have this shape due to battle damage. I therefore assume that this is based on a different original Tellarite vessel that i named Gral Class to better distinguish it from the Kehra and Phindra Class from the same game. A Gral Class is mentioned in the Star Trek: Myriad Universes novel: "A Less Perfect Union", that takes place in a different alternate timeline. I thought, if there can be an Andorian ship named after Shran's daughter Talla from ENT in this timeline, then there surely can be one named after the Tellarite ambassador Gora bim Gral from the same show too. I also tried to recreate what i think could be the original look of an undamaged and unaltered Gral Class in my shop.
