7000 Scale Flivver Fleet Core Collection MGL

The Flivvers were a simulator empire based on two key items of technology: the Hyperdrone (a warp-320 weapon which  fits in somewhere in-between seeking and direct-fire weapons) and Hoverwarp technology (which allowed Flivver ships to move sideways and backwards at will, keeping their Hyperdrone launchers aimed at the enemy). The Flivvers were originally developed by the Klingons, but during the early stages of the Klingon invasion, a copy of the software was captured (along with a Klingon ship) during a counter-attack and (after Star Fleet Intelligence was convinced that the file did not describe a new Klingon weapon), it was adapted by the Federation for dissimilar combat training.

This collection contains one each of six original Flivver hulls (dreadnought, heavy cruiser, war cruiser, war destroyer, war destroyer scout, and frigate) which would form the core of any Flivver fleet, or it could be combined with the Flivver Fleet Builder Collection to produce a complete fleet.

This sprue of unpainted ships is designed to fit on a typical 5/8-inch hex map or to allow more room on a larger hex map. (If used for A Call to Arms: Star Fleet, simply change the measurements from inches to centimeters.)
