This model is based on the Surya Class, that appeared in the video game "Klingon Academy II: Empire at War". There, the ship is a light cruiser with a very similar structure than the later Miranda Class. This model does not follow the lines of the Surya from the game exactly, has some details different, and is a bit larger. Therefore, it resembles the later Miranda even more.
