10 of these small Orbital Platforms were deployed during the controlled destruction of a moon in LD: "Cupid's Errant Arrow". To get the length, i made the door about 2m in height, just sufficient for an average sized humanoid in a space suit. This sets the main hull to about the height of an average deck on a starship. At this size, it also fits quite well through the shuttlebay door of a Parliament Class. Maybe this is one of the reasons why the USS Vancouver was there too. To deliver those platforms. Although they seem to have warp nacelles, i rather see them as mobile space installations, rather than starships. Maybe just a place, where workers in space-suits, can go to rest, meet, refill the suits and store tools and materials during the construction of new starships and starbases. Basically, the 24th century equivalent of a construction trailer.
