The USS Goddard NCC-59621 was mentioned multiple times during TNG. It was identified as a member of the Korolev Class on a status display, but the ship itself or another of its class was never seen. This design is from the Advanced Starship Design Bureau, a site on ex-astris-scientia.org that tries to find consistent designs for ships mentioned but not seen in Star Trek.
