1/700 Boeing E-767 AEW&C (x2)

This kit is in 1/700 scale. It includes 2x JASDF Boeing E-767 AEW&C Aircraft. They are connected as a single sprue by wires under the main body of the aircraft. Once the wires are cut the aircraft do not require any finishing. This Military version of the Boeing 767 has been altered to have AEW&C capabilities. Note the active surveillance radar and air control system installed above the main body of the aircraft.

According to Wikipedia: "The Boeing E-767 is an Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. It was designed in response to the Japan Air Self-Defense Force's requirements, and is essentially the Boeing E-3 Sentry's surveillance radar and air control system installed on a Boeing 767-200."
