This ship was originally kitbashed from AMT Excelsior kits with nacelle pylons taken from a Constitution Class kit, to act as a background ship in an episode of DS9. There are studio photos of the model, but until now it could not be identified in any episode. The ship is also depicted in the DS9 Technical Manual. The length of 288.33m given there is too small, if we assume the saucer and the nacelles are the same size as on a regular Excelsior Class. My 3D model scaled to the same size as my Excelsior models is almost exactly at 400m. Because the saucer consists of two upper saucers of an Excelsior and an Enterprise-B kit, complete with bridge domes, it is uncertain what is the top and what the bottom of the ship. I use the orientation that is depicted in the DS9 TM.
