The "SS Birdseye", as it was named by the production staff, was an old cryo-satellite from the late 20th century. It was found adrift by the Enterprise-D in space, and some of the "passengers" were then thawed by Dr. Crusher. There is no official size for this, and the establishing shot from the episode only reveals that it must be a lot smaller than the Enterprise, as it was shown floating beneath the saucer section. So i looked at the size of the sets, seen inside the object. When Worf and Data beamed over, they materialized in a small hallway that has an inner diameter of about 2.5-3m. The next room then contained two rows of 6 cryogenic chambers on each side. This room must be about 10-12m long in order to fit them in. Assuming that this room is in the thick (conical) part of the satellite, the whole thing must be at least 60m.
