The V8 Interceptor, also known as a Pursuit Special, is driven by Max Rockatansky in Mad Max and Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior.
It is based on a 1973 Ford Falcon XB GT coupe, which was modified to become a police interceptor by the Main Force Patrol. The vehicle also makes an appearance in Mad Max: Fury Road and is later modified into an off-road bare metal version called the Razor Cola.
