This Klingon Battlecruiser is the primary capital ship of the Klingon fraction in the video game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the KelvinTimeline. On the first glance, the ship looks like the Klingon 'Warbird' from "Star Trek (2009)". There are the four protruding disruptor canons on the main hull and the wings, and the bridge section and the connection between the boom and the main hull are very similar. But there are also big differences like the two large impulse engines underneath the center hull, the superstructure with the shuttle bay, more resembling the classic D7/K't'inga from the "Prime-Timeline" and the support wires/cables under the boom and the back of the wings. The latter is very reminiscent of the way Klingon ships looked in the 22nd century during "Star Trek: Enterprise". Especially the unused D4 Battlecruiser design from John Eaves/Rob Bonchune seemed to have been a template for these elements. So this seems to be a slightly older model than the 'Warbird' from "Star Trek (2009)", which Eaglemoss identified as belonging to the D7 class. Maybe this is the Kelvin-TL version of the D6? As there is no canon size available for the 'Warbird', i use the 228m from the TOS D7 for it. I then scaled this 3D model in a way that the bridge section and the center hull are about the same size on both ships. This way i'm ending up with a length of 195m for the Bortas Class. All in all, the Bortas is more compact with shorter wings and a shorter boom.
