The Federation Communications Relay Station 47 was shown in the TNG 6th season episode "Aquiel". The Model was a modification of the "SS Birdseye" cryo-satellite from the first season. For that, the original solar sails were removed and new antennas and a habitat module were added. Eaglemoss made a model of it, but didn't give a size in the accompanying magazine. Assuming, that the decks in the habitat module, based on the visible windows, are about the same height as on starships, the whole station needs to be at least 300m in height. This would also make some of the larger round structures on the "arms" about 2m in diameter. Perfect for being standard docking ports, able to dock with a Travel Pod or other vehicles with such a coupling, like the Vulcan Long Range Shuttle from "Star Trek: The Motion Picture".
