Update Dec. '21: New, more detailed model.
This is the Miranda Class vessel USS Trial NCC-1948, that was seen docked at the station in several DS9 episodes. It was made from a Reliant kit, hence the name and registry (just a rearangement of the letters and numbers from USS Reliant NCC-1864 (the 6 was flipped to make a 9). You can read about it
here at memory alpha. When you look closely at the picture, you can clearly see that the roll bar is mounted in reverse. I don't know if this was made intentionally or if it was just an error. Nevertheless it was on screen and is threfore canon. There is also a picture arround showing a model labeled USS Trial wit a correctly mounted roll bar and it is possible, the picture on memory alpha depicts a different ship. But without any further information and any better name i'm going to reffer to this as the Trial Variant of the Miranda Class.
The size is the same as the Reliant Type. Note, Eaglemoss lists the Reliant Type (Regular and XXL version)with a length of 233m, whereas all the other variants (Saratoga, Lantree etc.), that should have the exact same length are said to be 243m. The latter makes much more sense, as this makes the shared components about the same size as on the TMP Constitution.
