The Turly Gang fell into the center of the Earth, where mystic lava transformed them into powerful animal warriors. The brothers Primus, Sekundos, Tertius and Quartus were transformed into frog-men by mystic lava, while their allies underwent similar transformations. They escaped to the surface amid a volcanic explosion, but were followed by the Troubles, forces of evil from the center of the Earth.
