This is... well, at least the makers of "Star Trek: Discovery" think this is a Klingon Starship. They named it the DaSpu' Class (boot spike). If i told you what i think this looks like, i would need to tag this item as "mature content" ;-)
I have no clue what is "up" on this thing. Because the ship is symetrical in the vertical and the horizontal plane, there are also two possibilities. Official drawings and photos does show it in both ways. So, i decided that the two "long pipes" are the warp nacelles (or at least a part of it). Those are usually placed left and right on a ship.
