Product Description

If you have issues with shredding the insides of your biking shorts because of a narrow stance and mounts that use bolts on the sides, here is a design that works. A single bolt placed on the rear side of the clamp moves it out of the way and prevents scrapping of your inner thighs. This mount is size specific for Specialized SL and Pave 'D' shaped seat posts.

All 3D prints are made from the same raw Nylon materials. All Versatile Plastic parts are polished before dyeing and have a satin sheen as a result of the polishing process. MJF PA12 starts with similar raw material and a liquid binder (gray) resulting in more even and saturated color when dyed. MJF PA12 has a matte finish and very slight grainy feel. The technology used in MJF PA12 produces a stronger print.

Required Hardware (not included):

1 - M5 X 12 - 16 mm (5 mm x 12/14/16 mm) socket head cap screw
1- M5 (5 mm) nylon insert lock nut

Suggested installation method

Mark the height of your seat post and remove it from the frame.
Install the mount by inserting from the bottom of the post and sliding it up.
Reinstall the seat post
Move the mount to the desired location and insert an M5 X 12/14/16 mm (5 mm X 12/14/16 mm) socket head cap screw and an M5 (5 mm) nylon insert lock nut in the recesses on both sides of the mount.
Tighten the screw, please do not torque it down tight, it only needs to be as tight as necessary to hold the mount in place.
