Product Description
Metropolitan 1913 electric stock
Motor coach
After succesfully introducing new electric trains on the Meropolitan Railway from 1904 , new stock wasintroduced from 1913, based on the 1905 design, with improvements and an eliptical roof instead of a clerestory one.
In service stock from all years could be run tof=gether, making some interesting sets.
Some motor coacges were modified by LT in 1930s to increase seating replacing luggage van which was not required on Circle line.
Last of the 1913 introduced coaches withdrawin in early 1950s.
Requires finishing off, wheels etc
