The Turas Class is an early ship the player can unlock in the mobile game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the Kelvin Timeline (JJ-verse). It  is basically just an upgrade or refit with a second warp nacelle of the Realta Class, the players first ship. Although it seems as if it uses Federation technology it is not necessarily a Starfleet design. Like on the Realta Class, i estimated the size based on the distance of the two visible window rows inside the cut out at the front of the saucer, using a deck height of roughly 3.5m (Rick Sternbach once assumed decks to be 3-4m apart on Federation ships, to allow EPS, conduits or even Jefferies tubes between decks).
