The Johari Ring

Years ago I came across a technique in communication theory call The JOHARI WINDOW. It was created by JOseph Luft and HARrIngton Ingham and used in self-help groups and corporate settings as a heuristic exercise.

This is my take on the Johari Window — in Ring form!

Details:

• Measures 10mm wide x 1.2mm depth (a very light band)
• You might want to go up 1/2 size (for polished) or full size (for matte finish) because this is a wide band
  • Available in sizes 7.5, 8.5 and 9.5 for now
• Engraved with 4 aspects of the Self:
  • The Mask
  • The Blind Eye
  • The Open Book
  • The Question Mark
