The Mutara Interdimensional Deep Space Array System, or MIDAS Array was used by Project "Pathfinder" to communicate with Voyager in the Delta Quadrant, after Lieutenant Reginald Barclay has managed to create a mirco-wormhole with this subspace transmitter.
