HO NSWR 3 Arm 18 ft LQ Signal+Parts

This is a NSWGR 18 foot high 3 arm signal printed in Smooth Fine Detail Plastic (previously called Frosted Ultra Detail - FUD) material.  as well as detail such as many bolt heads, detailed parts and finials (Finial - officially known by NSWGR as a Pinnacle), etc.

A set of detail parts containing a 30 inch signal arm and other details such as lamp tops, lamp 'backlight blinds', a cast ladder base and counterweight levers are included with this signal.

Signal arms for the other two arm positions are available in siding, calling on, shunt ahead and wrong road styles and these can be found in the HO LQ FDP - Timber Signal Post and HO LQ Signal Detail Parts sections of the Signals Branch shop. Arms are available in Smooth Fine Detail Plastic and Raw Brass.

To complete this signal a mechanism needs to be purchased and glued underneath the signal. A suitable Signals Branch shop mechanism is the 'Signal Mech - 3 Arm' which can be found in the 'Other Items' section of the shop.

To complete this signal  you can purchase from this Signals Branch Shapeways Shop a suitable ladder with top end safety cage printed in Smooth Fine Detail Plastic (previously called Frosted Ultra Detail - FUD) acrylic material which is quite strong. Also required are some 0.015" phosphor bronze wire for operating rods, a #4 6mm long self tapping screw, 6 X M2 or 2-56 bolts 12 - 16mm long for mechanism crank adjustment and a 3mm or 1/8" I.D. washer.
