This Graviton Catapult was built by an alien named Tash in the Delta Quadrant, to bring his ship home. After Tash and his crew, with the help of Voyager, successfully get home, Voyager also used it, to shorten their way back to the Alpha Quadrant by three years. The size of the installation is not specified in any source material, nor allows the episode to make a good comparison with Voyager. All we know it needs to be at least large enough to let an Intrepid Class starship through. Although the two "brackets" are not physically connected, i doubt, that they are meant to be able to move further apart for larger ships and so this model would need to be at least 200m wide (including the module at the side, containing the power source). But at this size, the hull of Voyager would almost scratch the sides. At 300m this looks much better. On the other hand, we need to ask why Tash built it that large anyway, as his ship is obviously much smaller? Who knows? Anyway, this is just my assumption, so it could easily be any other size.
In order to print this in one piece and to keep the two parts together on the play table, i connected the halves with the power beams, that appear between the emitter when the thing is running, you can cut those off to get both parts unconnected but be careful, the thing is flimsy, and the emitters are almost the same thickness as the beams.
