Update Apr. '23: Refined the model a little and changed the orientation when mounted on a base.
This is the Hirogen Holographic Decoy from Voyager "Flesh and Blood". I don't know how big this "really" is. It is most probably just a modified Hiorgen probe. Such probes could be of varying sizes up to several meters. I picked 2.5m, but it could be any other size.
