The Selay are the snake-like species from the TNG episode "Lonely Among Us". We've never seen any Selay Spaceship, so this is based on a fan-made set of ships that someone made for the "Starfleet Command" video game. This is the Space Control Ship from this set. Basically this is a flying Space Station.  The size is based on the two underslung Selay Dreadnought  hulls. The whole thing is about the size of a Galaxy Class saucer.
