This is a "look alike" Pennsylvania Railroad prototype or europ JHDD111 dwarf signal for small 0402 SMD LEDs.
LED:s I recommend is 0402, like them as ledbaron are selling at Ebay look for "30x SMD LED 0402 GOLDEN WHITE WEISS +Cu-Draht warm weiss wit very warmwhite"
