K-7 Type Space Station 1/4800

This is the K-7 Space Station that originally appeared in the TOS episode "The Trouble with Tribbles". Because the original filming model went missing, Greg Jein built a second model for DS9 "Trials and Tribble-ations". This 3D model is rather based on that second model. There are some slight differences. For example, the big tank like structure on the edge of the center disc is right above one of the three arms here, whereas on the original model it seemed to be between two of them. Also, the orientation of the shuttlebay is different. The estimated size is based on the visible window rows and the size of the Class-F shuttle, that was visible inside the hangar bay of the model from DS9.
