Eaglemoss has not given the real length with their model of the Denobulan Medical Ship for a reason. The visuals in the episode where it appears are contradictory. At first, we see the ship's bridge, with several consoles behind the pilot and an empty chair on her left, pointing to a bridge about the size of a Danube Class Runabout. To make the front section wide enough to fit this in, the ship needs to be at least 24m long. The scenes in space together with the Klingon Bird-of-Prey would also point to something above 20m, albeit due to the camera position and the unknown distance between the two ships, this view would allow almost any size. Then we see it landed at Cold Station 12 and compared to the size of the windows of the nearby structures, i would also estimate something between 20-25m. But, the last time we saw this ship, it was tractored into the Bird-of-Prey's shuttlebay. Even if we use the larger figure of 185m that was actually used for the ship by the VFX-team instead of Eglemoss's 145m, the Denobulan ship has to be at most 6m long. And this is the most generous estimation, with the ship scratching the top and bottom of the BOP's shuttlebay door. At this size, the ship hardly has enough space inside for a single pilot, let alone Soong and his Augments plus 1800 embryos, they stole from the station. So we have to disregard this scene as it is not possible. Therefore, i go with my first estimation of 24m as a lower end figure. The ship could easily much larger or, if you are willing to ignore the bridge size, even smaller. At 12m for example, the ship would be large enough for two decks and a cockpit about equally in size as on a Shuttlepod from the Enterprise. Making this just some sort of ambulance with the capacity to transport 12-16 injured patients on beds, staggered on the walls.
