This is the mysterious enemy ship from ENT: "Fight or Flight" which owners never were named or seen on screen. They are called "Bodysuckers" because they drained body liquids from their victims. The designer John Eaves who also designed the ships for Star Trek: "Insurrection" said on his blog there is much Son'a design in this ship. And although this rather low detail 3D model doesn't reflect this wery well, the design sketches do show this pretty good. MAYBE the unknown aliens from this episode are one of the races that were "integrated" into the Son'a society after they left their home world Ba'ku and the regenerating effects of this planet in the late 23rd century. They then raided other planets for resources, slaves and medical knowledge to expand their lives. The "Bodysuckers" might have had some advanced medical knowledge and used the body liquids to create a life expanding serum or something alike. The Son'a then took over this culture including their shipyards and the technological design, keeping and further developing it into the 24th century. Well, or not ;-)
