This is the Xindi Cargo vessel from "Star Trek: Enterprise". Degra used a ship of this type as his personal transport and as some sort of command ship for his work on the Xindi weapon. The ship is also able to operate underwater. Although the ship was crewed mainly by Xindi Primates and some Arboreals, the design looks as if it was build by the Insectoids.
