Product Description
This is a set of replacement parts for Transformers Armada Optimus Prime. The parts replace Optimus Prime's Super mode Headfins. This is great if you have lost the original headfin parts. These are not exact replicas of the originals but are fairly faithful to the original design.The headfin parts can be installed and transformed into truck mode. Transformation works the same as the original parts.
These parts are connected. You will need to separate them and trim off excess plastic with a hobby knife or plastic cutters
To install you will need to unscrew the back of Optimus Prime's Head. The front and back half of the head will split. Remove the antenna and replace with the new parts. Press gently, firmly and with even pressure. Reassemble Optimus' head and install the original screw.
This is intended for adult collectors. This is not designed for rough play by children.
This was tested with my home printer, printed in PLA plastic. When fitting the part press firmly and evenly. Depending on the plastic you choose, sanding or polish may be needed to fine tune the fit.
This has been successfully printed in Shapeways Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic, Ultra Fine Detail Plastic, Natural Versatile Plastic, Premium Versatile PLastic and Processed Versatile Plastic
