The Mazarite Ship appeared in ENT: "Fallen Hero". The original CG model back then was a kitbash with parts taken from different other CG models. Most obviously, almost the entire upper half of the ship is a cutout from the upper hull of a D'deridex Class Warbird. There are also the impulse engines of the Intrepid Class (USS Voyager) sticking out at the front. In the episode the ships look somewhat longer than the Enterprise which is 225m long. Meassuring a little on a screen cap gives something like 250-270m. The window rows on the orthos from the original 3D model suggest something between 240-250m, so i go with 250m for this. The model was also later reused inside the Delphic Expanse to depict an Illyrian Starship in the episode "Damage", the one where Archer is forced to steal a "warp coil" from another vessel. Here the model had some damage applied and was described in the script as "slightly smaller" than the NX Class. Therefore, i also give the scale for a ship of 150- 200m in the info about the scale above.
