HD Metal truss and servo on axle for Enduro

Many asked so we listened, here's the HD version V2 of our Element Enduro axle SOA adapter. Designed to cup the front of the link mounts, you'll need 2mm longer screws for that location. Behind the axle steering will be tough to keep but some have done it .

It weighs in right around 52 grams so it adds a good chunk of weight down low.

You'll need to use nuts to secure the servo to the mount, the M3 threads dont print right .   We suggest using a couple of the lower holes in the truss for screws through the plastic truss.

Shapeways states a 5% tolerance so some minor sanding may be necessary.  Prototypes slid right on but variances...
