Omni Scale Monster Starswarm MGL

These are Von Neuman machines left over from an ancient experiment by the Old Kings. Each tiny robot has a minor offensive capability, but as they come in swarms of dozens or even hundreds these can be a problem for even powerful starships. The worst part is that each Starswarm robot can land on a planet or asteroid (or any source of metal including derelict wreckage of starships) and harvest materials to build copies of itself. This kind of harvesting leaves behind massive environmental damage and toxic waste. The best counter to a swarm of these robots is squadrons of fighters simply because there are more weapons available to kill them.

This comb of 12 robots is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
