This is a replacement ankle joint for the Rockin' Action Rockman.EXE toyline's Rockman/Megaman mold(and maybe Blues/Protoman?). Untested.
If you've found this product you probably already know that the plastic Bandai used for the Rockin' Action line grew incredibly brittle over the years, leaving many figures as quadruple amputees. Check my store for the other joint types, and let me know if you need one I haven't reproduced yet.
