This is the Vulcan D'Kyr Type from "Star Trek: Enterprise". The D'Kyr Type can lower its engine ring to a horizontal position, to launch the Auxiliary Craft docked inside the ring. This version has the ring in horizontal position and the Auxiliary Craft launched.
