Metropolitan Railway 6 wheel saloon coach

 

Two of these saloon coaches built in 1895 specifically for use of Alfred Rothschild to travel to and from London from Wendover. They ran as a pair and were also available for other groups on special occasions.

After 10 years of heavy work they showed their age and were combined into one coach on a new underframe.

 

 

Requires finishing off, wheels etc
