Ottolock brackets for ziptie

This set can be used to hang 2 locks loosely or 1 lock in 2 spots.  One piece has a logo and the other is blank.  The small top ridge is to keep the metal lock from banging into your frame.  The ziptie groove is 10mm wide for 1 big or 2 smaller zipties to run through.  The channel is 18.7w x3.6d x 15mm long (± 0.25mm) if you want to run a clip or strap through for lights, etc.  This can't print in smooth PA12 since that requires 3x thicker plastic.  Colored versatile plastic is really white saturated with dye so when you cut off the sprue a white dot might appear.  

Selection 1:29 has a 29mm circle diameter
Selection 1:32 has a  32mm circle diameter
Selection 1:35 has a 35mm circle diameter
Selection 1:40 has a 40mm circle diameter
Selection 1:1000 has a flat surface. 
Selection 1:2000 has an oval to fit the sides of the post on a Xioami M365/Pro scooter.

You can go with a larger size and use double sided foam tape to fill in gaps and protect your paint.  You can also request a different mm diameter.
