Product Description
This model is the left and right sides of a Boeing 737-400 fuselage which need to be glued together. This fuselage is modeled as it would be during transit via railcar between manufacturing sites in the USA. I have modelled the open-wing area as best as possible within the limitations of the 3D-printing process, but hopefully it is a fair representation of the actual aircraft. The door and windows are rebated, to make for easier painting. I have now added (Aug 2016) a rebate for the wing cradle which I have also just released, along with the nose cradle and Icebreaker. Following some print issues and feedback, I have added an internal support, to blank-off the cock-pit windscreen and support the window frames. I've also added internal ribs to support the fuselage walls with a flange to help align the two halves (Sep 2016).
