3788 Scale Romulan Fast SparrowHawk Light Cruiser

As with other empires, the Romulans designed a fast raider version of their war cruiser. Construction was delayed for years because a standard Romulan cruiser with its cloaking device already made a good raider, but eventually, the need for a fast raider won out. While based on a modified SparrowHawk hull, the ship is not modular and all were built as standard warships, not modular cruisers. Known names include Blaze, Death Talon, and Proconsul Crosus.

The ship is available in a variety of materials. (Smooth Fine Detail Plastic makes an excellent cloaked ship!) Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
