Deeper-than-origin Prism is arguably the simplest deeper-than-origin twisty puzzle. Whereas its
mechanism is not deeper than origin cut, it operates like a deeper-than-origin puzzle. The big triangular part at the bottom acts as core. There are two types of moves possible: 1) turn the square side face by 180 degrees, and 2) turn the top two triangular faces by 120 or 240 degrees. The second move is a deeper-than-origin move, as its cut plane is below the origin. The geometry of this puzzle may also be seen as the simplest of the
Bram's Sphere set of geometries, this one being
(2,3, 1/2).
