Material: For Processed Versatile Plastic, the model is tilted by 25° in the printer to fit it into the bounding box of this material.
Cost reduction: For Versatile Plastic and PA12, the model is made hollow, 2.5mm wall thickness. One escape hole under the "nose", and 2 additional escape holes inside the engine exhausts.

This is the Bajoran Interceptor from DS9. For the size i go with the Official Starship Collection and the DS9 Technical Manual which both state a length of 140.72m, although the ship was depicted somewhat smaller on screen compared to other ships.
