This is the "Friendship One" probe from the Voyager episode of the same name. This warp capable probe was launched only four years after the first contact with the Vulcans, to contact alien civilizations. There is no official size, but in the article about designing the probe in the magazine that comes with the Eaglemoss model, Rick Sternbach said, that he envisioned it with a main body of about 10 feet (approx. 3m), and nacelles about 3-3.5 feet (approx. 1m) in diameter. Applying these measurements to this 3D model, i end up with a total length of 24m, including the antennas.
