These are the two study models that were made for the unproduced Star Trek movie "Planet of the Titans". They are based on the designs by Ken Adam and Ralph McQuarrie. The smaller ship was labelled B-44-CLN and appeared in the surplus depot Z15 in TNG "Unification I", probably this shot was originally created for "The Best Of Both Worlds", so it could be that this ship was in the Battle of Wolf 359 too. The larger one was partially visible behind the hub of the Spacedock in "Star Trek III: The Search for Spock", when the Enterprise enters. I scaled them, that the saucer diameter is the same as on the TOS Enterprise. That makes this 1/3788, but can also be any other size.
