A simple low profile devise to turn a door or gate through up to 180 degrees( control sticks with more pegs can move mechanism through greater angles).

Can be fixed on top or below baseboard. Gear is for right angles to door. Fits 2.4mm square post(eg Plastruct H section, Brass U tube or similar). For gates recommended to have post long enough to go through baseboard(at least 1cm), to balance weight of gate. For doors with top and boittom pivot points, no need to extend post longer than supporting door frame.

Control stick can easily be extended.

When first fitting gear wheel, it can seem too stiff to move, but afte a few turns will get smoother.
