Omni Scale General Heavy Multi-Warhead Drones MGL

The Klingons, Kzintis, and Federation all produced a multi-warhead version of the type-IV heavy drone. This was able to carry five type-VI drones as submunitions, rather than the three type-VI drones carried by the type-III-MW drone. While less efficient, it was the most submunitions that could be accommodated. As with the type-III-MW, the point was to break up incoming enemy fighter squadrons or drone waves by sending a single long-range heavy drone toward them programmed to release the submunitions at the critical moment. Each submunition would then take out one incoming enemy drone or fighter.

This comb of drones is available in a variety of materials. Drones are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
