A a set of five replacement face-plates for Transformers: Titans Return Titan Master figures. This set represents the powermaster engines for:
Darkwing/Hydra, Dreadwind/Buster, Joyride/Ranger/Aquastar, Getaway/Lightfoot & Slapdash/Road King/Lube. These plates are offered as a sprued set, and allow for customization of the face while keeping the moving parts and head/body connection from the mass-produced figure for the best fit between head and body.
-
This kit is available in two formats:
- Medium - The five faces are proportioned and scaled to fit in the standard Titan Master faceplate "block" and should be compatible with most helmets and Titan Master seats.
- Large - These versions have parts that extend beyond the normal area of titan master faceplates, and may not be compatible with all seats and helmets.
-
This replacement faceplate connector has been tested using Titan Wars Skullsmasher and Blurr, and should be compatible with most Titan Master mini-figures. As prints vary, some sanding/trimming may be required, and some Titan Masters (like Blurr) lack the rectangular connection peg and gluing may be required to fully secure the face.

Material Recommendations:
Some fine details may not show up clearly on prints in strong & flexible plastic. For highest detail choose smooth fine detail or smoothest fine detail. For playability/durability choose PA12 or versatile.

Instructions:
Use a toothpick or pin to remove any support material inside the connector ports on the back of the face.
Paint and seal as desired. Detail plastic prints will need a light washing with soap and water prior to painting to remove support material residue.
Unscrew the screw in the Titan Master's chest. Remove the original face-plate. Place the new face plate on the figure, replace the screw.
The port does not come pre-threaded, so the initial installation will be tight. If the screw connection is too loose you can secure it with a drop of superglue inside the port prior to reinstalling the screw.
