In the video game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", that is set in the Kelvin Timeline (KTL), Khan's "SS Botany Bay" was taken apart after he and his augments were found by Admiral Marcus. The parts were scattered throughout the quadrant and the player has to find them, so that Khan could rebuild the ship, as he needed its computer to decipher some alien data... (yeah, let's use a 300 years old computer to decrypt alien code that the state-of-the-art computers can't handle... game logic…).
This is how the ship looks then in the game. I don't know if the original ship is supposed to look exactly the same. Khan might have made some changes and improvements. He at least must have installed a warp drive, as it can engage warp in the game then. This is why i list it as the DY-Class Refit of the Kelvin Timeline (KTL).
The length is the very same as the original version from TOS. They both have almost the same proportions and this way, the cargo pods are about the same size.
