Tracer is a former prisoner who transforms into a twin laser-guided ion blaster for Scoop.

Shattered Glass Silencer is a former librarian who is bitter his job was replaced by an automated reading program. He turns into a Scrambler Gun for Landfill which renders his victims unable to speak or understand communications until they can reset their systems.

Shattered Glass Tracer is a disgraced former graphic illustrator known for lazily copying other people's work. Hopes to take revenge on his former critics with his newfound power and Autobot allies. Turns into a Variable Blast Cannon which can duplicate the effects of other weapons, but less effectively.
