7000 Scale Andromedan Fleet Space Stations Coll. 1

Andromedans are an aggressive empire from the M31 Andromedan Galaxy. Their technology is different from that of ships in our galaxy. They use tractor-repulsor beams to rip enemy ships apart, displacement devices to teleport their own ships or enemy ones, and weapons that are similar to a phaser-2. They do not use shields but instead use power absorbers that capture the energy of enemy weapons and cycle it back into their own systems and weapons. Larger Andromedan ships (motherships) carry small frigate/destroyer-sized ships internally and launch them as needed in combat.

The Andromedan Fleet Space Stations Collection consists of a Battle Station and a Base Station. The Base Station consists of a core module and two satellite bases; the Battle Station, of a core module and three satellite bases. The system of using satellite bases and a core module allowed the Andromedans to deploy/construct and pick up/move bases in very short periods of time, faster than any of the galactic empires could even fathom. The fact that no one understood how the Andromedans were doing this is only one of the reasons it was so difficult to understand Andromedan operations.

This sprue of unpainted bases is designed to fit on a typical 5/8-inch hex map or to allow more room on a larger hex map. (If used for A Call to Arms: Star Fleet, simply change the measurements from inches to centimeters.)
