These are three of the Xindi Insectoid Patrol Ship, most notably seen underwater in "ENT: Azati Prime", mounted on a squad peg. It was also seen flying in space in "ENT: Stratagem" and although this was only a simulation by the crew of the Enterprise to get informations from Degra, he clearly identifies them as Insectoid without noting that these are pure submarines. Therefore, it is safe to assume these are regular spaceships that also can operate underwater (like other ships of the Xindi too). The 3D model itself is a re-use of the Nausicaan Raider without the antennas at the front and the 3 weapon turrets on the underside.
